Chapter 13 - The Guest Experience

Today we are publishing the next chapter of the new IASI Manual - Chapter 13 - The Guest Experience written by Pete Gillespie. Pete has been involved with the Snow Centre at Hemel Hempstead right from the beginning (and indeed was there before it opened when it was an artificial slope). He is currently their Head of Snowsports and Guest Services and brings a wealth of experience to this very valuable chapter, which covers creating fans, stick-ability, 'The Loop' and measuring guest satisfaction.

When the Irish Team went to Ushuaia, Argentina in September 2015 for the Interski Congress, Pete presented a lecture, to the other nations, about open and closed environments, which included a lot of the 'guest experience' content that has now evolved into the present chapter.
